Vacuum Pro is a polyphonic, vintage-style analog-inspired virtual instrument that synthesizes the overall character and sound of classic 1970s-80s analog synths rather than modeling a specific unit. It features two expandable parts for rich, multi-layered sounds with over 400 included presets, plus eight intelligent macro controls for intuitive real-time editing and quick custom sound creation.

Things to Try

  • 01Engage Quad Mode on oscillators and use the Detune knob to vary thickness by detuning four oscillations together
  • 02Switch oscillator Delay Time and Delay Amount controls off/on with Re-Pitch toggled for organic versus clean digital transitions
  • 03Set the fourth envelope Att Lvl with Att Time and Slope knob values to create pitch effects and pitch drift during note sustain
  • 04Lock the VTO (Oscillator), VTF (Filter), and ENV (Envelope) sections while loading new presets to construct hybrid sounds from multiple presets
