Things to Try

  • 01Load the 'Full C6 reset' preset and move gain controls to observe the Dynamic Line EQ curve, then adjust Range to see compression/expansion shading
  • 02Use the two floating bands together with narrow Q values for independent de-essing and de-popping on vocals between the second and third main bands
  • 03Switch between Electro and Opto Master Behavior modes to compare deeper compression (Opto) versus maximum RMS density (Electro)
  • 04Drag Center Frequency point markers vertically while holding Option/Alt key to adjust Range independently, or drag horizontally to reposition band crossover points
  • 05Enable Listen mode on sidechain to monitor the post-filter input signal before compression is applied
