Things to Try

  • 01Route Operator X (noise) through Operator Z (filter) with a short, decaying envelope to add breath to the beginning of sustained sounds
  • 02Link operator envelopes together, then deactivate the link on a modulator and give it an exponential attack slope to fade in harmonics like a filter envelope
  • 03Set Operator feedback on modulators to add bite and grittiness to the overall timbre
  • 04Use the Easy/Morph page macro controls to brighten a morphed sound by dialing in Timbre values around 26, or add movement with LFO Rate and Timbre modulation
